In our small kitchen, everything is prepared fresh and mostly “from scratch”.
Production: Wines produced in harmony with nature, spontaneously fermented, unfiltered, unfined, and un- or minimally sulfured.
Taste: Different soils, grape varieties, vintages, maceration times, and storage methods make each bottle an exciting unique and genuine representation of the region – going beyond any classification and fixed ideas.
Serving temperature: Contrary to convention, wines can be served chilled or at room temperature.
